The company’s constant passion for excellence and focus on quality have led it become a leading company in the Veneto region in the sector of Grana Padano, Asiago, Piave and other typical regional PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) cheeses.
The production and sales volumes put Agriform among the top Italian companies for the production of PDO cheeses, which deeply characterize the company’s identity.
Agriform is a “second level cooperative” that partners with some of the most important dairy cooperatives of the North-Eastern part of Italy. The cheeses coming to Agriform from its partners are made using milk from the territory of origin that is collected by thousands of member farmers. By directly controlling all phases of the production chain, Agriform is committed to applying the most correct methods in order to obtain the highest quality products.
The company’s Sommacampagna facility has maturation warehouses for more than 200,000 wheels of Grana Padano along with technically advanced cutting and packaging machines for the perfect hygienic and organoleptic storage of the cheeses.
Agriform brings a wide range of aged cheeses and other typical dairy products of unmistakable Made in Italy taste and quality to tables in Italy and throughout the world. Through its distribution network, Agriform exports to more than 50 foreign markets, which accounts for more than a third of its annual turnover.
With its «Oro del Tempo» brand, Agriform offers a selection of well aged typical cheeses whose maturation is controlled directly within the company by “master cheese makers”. The “Gira e Gratta” or Twist & Grate, which is the latest way to taste Grana Padano cheese, completes the range.
